"HOW CAN I REALIZE MY OWN WISDOM AND EMBRACE MY TRUE NATURE?"

Hello! I'm Jan Hodgman and I love working with people ready for change and growth in their lives. I live in Anacortes, Washington on beautiful Fidalgo Island, and work with people as far away as NYC by phone.
      If you're like most of us, you have the sense that you could be living life more fully. Maybe you've tried several self-help approaches, therapies and spiritual streams. But ultimately you still have a sense of "something missing."
      Real change is possible. I offer individual sessions and workshops dedicated
to exploring and realizing your full potential. My approach is grounded in strands of my own exploration: Zen Buddhism, the Radiant Mind approach developed by Peter Fenner, Ph.D., and Focusing.
      In the process of coming to know ourselves, it's immensely helpful to have a mentor. It's a sacred calling for me to accompany you in this exploration. It's sometimes helpful to make a provisional distinction between working on the level of our conditioned lives, full of patterns, history, habits and relationships, that change with our circumstances. FOCUSING is a powerful yet gentle process to facilitate insight and to bring completion to issues in our lives.
    There is also the invitation to enter directly into the "end of the path" where we are fulfilled in this very moment. Here we recognize our True Nature as unchanging and infinitely reliable and complete. I refer to this modality as nondual or unconditioned awareness, free from judgment or comparison as it is "not two" but  our undivided reality. When companioning people in this modality, I take on the role of NONDUAL COACH.
